Hydraulic Cylinder Bidirectional Pressure Holding Valve

Hydraulic Cylinder Pressure Holding Valve (Bidirectional Hydraulic Lock) is a safety valve designed for load holding of hydraulic cylinders. When the hydraulic pump stops supplying oil, the one-way spool inside the valve closes instantly, sealing the hydraulic oil in both cylinder chambers and locking the cylinder position. It avoids cylinder sliding down caused by load gravity, acting as a core safety component for lifting and supporting hydraulic systems.The valve body is precision machined from forged aluminum alloy with smooth flow channel and low pressure drop. Optimized sealing design ensures minimal internal leakage and stable pressure holding for a long time.Marked ports V1 and V2 connect to the rodless and rod chamber of hydraulic cylinder. Easy to mount, it can be installed directly on cylinder end or manifold block.
