Product Structure

1. Inner Tube: Made of oil-resistant synthetic rubber (NBR/SBR), with excellent resistance to hydraulic oil and mineral oil, effectively preventing fluid corrosion and ensuring smooth fluid transmission.

2. Reinforcement Layer: Adopts high-strength steel wire braided structure, divided into 1/2/4 layers of steel wire braiding according to pressure grade, providing super anti-burst and anti-pulse capacity. The maximum rated working pressure is up to 38.0MPa, and the burst pressure far exceeds the industry standard.

3. Outer Cover: Made of weather-resistant and wear-resistant synthetic rubber, with excellent anti-aging, anti-ozone, high and low temperature resistance, which can resist the erosion of outdoor harsh environment and mechanical wear, extending the service life of the hose.
