Long stroke hydraulic cylinders are specially designed for heavy hydraulic machinery requiring ultra-long telescopic travel. Double eye pivot mounting adapts slight angle deviation during lifting, offsetting lateral force effectively to prevent one-sided rod wear and seal leakage. The barrel adopts precision honed seamless steel tube with ultra-smooth inner wall, matched with thick hard chrome plated piston rod featuring excellent tensile and bending resistance for continuous heavy-load long-distance reciprocating movement. External sensor tubing channel is reserved on cylinder body to install displacement sensors for precise stroke feedback. Built-in hydraulic cushions at both ends slow down movement automatically at stroke limits to absorb impact, protect mechanical structures and extend cylinder service life greatly. Standard rated pressure 21MPa/31.5MPa, customized high-pressure version up to 42MPa. Widely matched with cranes, aerial lifts, mining equipment and large lifting machinery.
